Private Training, Built Around You.

Every person enters the water with a different history. That's why Current doesn't use a one-size-fits-all approach. Every session is designed around your current abilities, your goals and what you want to keep doing, in your home, community or club pool.

Stronger Together

Training doesn't always have to be one-on-one. Whether you want to keep traveling, golfing, boating, walking or simply enjoying everyday life together, we'll build training around the life you share.

Built around what you want to keep doing

Balance & Stability

Balance is at the center of every Current program. It influences both your confidence and your independence, from stepping off a curb to getting on the boat.

Sessions may incorporate exercises designed to progressively challenge stability, coordination and body awareness within the aquatic environment.

Strength for Everyday Life

Maintaining strength can support many of the activities required for independent living. Our strength training focuses on practical, everyday capability, not bodybuilding.

We train the body to remain capable of doing things:

Mobility & Movement

Movement can become more limited when we stop using it. Sessions include controlled movement and mobility exercises suited to your body and your comfort level.

The goal is simple: keep moving so you can keep living.

Longevity Training

Our longevity programs focus on developing and maintaining the physical qualities that support an active life as we age:

Longevity shouldn't only be measured in years. It should also be measured in what you're able to do with them.

Post-Physical-Therapy Conditioning

Finishing physical therapy can leave you wondering what comes next.

Once your physical therapist has signed off and cleared you for independent exercise, personalized aquatic conditioning helps you keep building strength, endurance and confidence, picking up where therapy left off. Share any precautions or home exercises from your PT, and your program is built around them.

Current Aquatic Wellness does not provide physical therapy, rehabilitation or medical treatment.

Golf, Boating & Active Lifestyle Conditioning

Retirement doesn't mean slowing down. It means more time for the things you love.

For golfers, boaters and active adults, programs can include mobility, rotational movement, stability, strength and conditioning designed around the activities you want to keep enjoying.
