Turn your neighborhood, condo or club pool into a place to get stronger. We bring private, coached aquatic strength, balance and mobility training to HOA and community pools, condominiums and private clubs across Southwest Florida.
No new equipment for your community to buy or store, no gym membership and no driving across town. We arrive with everything we need and coach your group right where you live.

Get a few friends or neighbors together and train as a small private group at your community pool on a set weekly schedule.
Start a group →For property managers, activity directors and lifestyle directors: a recurring, professionally coached program that keeps residents strong, steady and connected.
Talk about a program →If your club permits outside professionals, we offer private sessions and small groups for members, with the business and insurance documentation clubs require.
Ask about your club →Every HOA, condo and club has its own policy on outside trainers. We'll help you find out what yours requires, and Current Aquatic Wellness is insured and can provide documentation when it's needed.
Find a few neighbors who want to get stronger, and agree on a regular day and time. Once a week, twice a week, whatever fits your group's life.
Each person gets a free consultation, so we understand their goals, abilities and comfort in the water before the first session.
You share the pool and the motivation. Exercises, resistance and progressions are adjusted for each person, so everyone gets a real workout at their own level.
Most community and club pools work well. We'll review yours during your consultation.
Most of our training happens in water between waist and chest deep, where you have both support and resistance. Exercises are chosen around your comfort level.
Enough open space for each person to move with arms fully extended without bumping into a neighbor.
Steps, railings or a ladder that everyone in the group can use comfortably. Using a cane or other mobility aid is often not a barrier. We'll talk it through.
If lightning or storms make the pool unsafe, we reschedule, or switch to a land-based session if your group prefers.
This is coached strength, balance and mobility training, led by a certified aquatic fitness professional.
