Communities & Clubs

Bring Current to Your Community.

Turn your neighborhood, condo or club pool into a place to get stronger. We bring private, coached aquatic strength, balance and mobility training to HOA and community pools, condominiums and private clubs across Southwest Florida.

Three ways to bring us in

Your Pool Is Already There. We Bring the Training.

No new equipment for your community to buy or store, no gym membership and no driving across town. We arrive with everything we need and coach your group right where you live.

How it works

From First Call to First Session

1. Check Your Community's Rules

Every HOA, condo and club has its own policy on outside trainers. We'll help you find out what yours requires, and Current Aquatic Wellness is insured and can provide documentation when it's needed.

2. Gather Your Group

Find a few neighbors who want to get stronger, and agree on a regular day and time. Once a week, twice a week, whatever fits your group's life.

3. Start With a Conversation

Each person gets a free consultation, so we understand their goals, abilities and comfort in the water before the first session.

4. Train Together, Progress Individually

You share the pool and the motivation. Exercises, resistance and progressions are adjusted for each person, so everyone gets a real workout at their own level.

Is your pool a fit?

What Makes a Good Training Pool

Most community and club pools work well. We'll review yours during your consultation.

The Right Depth

Most of our training happens in water between waist and chest deep, where you have both support and resistance. Exercises are chosen around your comfort level.

Room to Move

Enough open space for each person to move with arms fully extended without bumping into a neighbor.

Safe Entry and Exit

Steps, railings or a ladder that everyone in the group can use comfortably. Using a cane or other mobility aid is often not a barrier. We'll talk it through.

A Plan for Florida Weather

If lightning or storms make the pool unsafe, we reschedule, or switch to a land-based session if your group prefers.
